Next to hand-wrapped cigars and Havana Club rum, the Mojito cocktail has to be one of the finest innovations to come out of this former communist Caribbean island. Refreshingly crisp and undeniably tasty, this is one cocktail that is both easy to make and a welcomed accompaniment to a hot summer’s day.
Making cocktails is a great way to spend time with (or get to know) that certain someone, whilst giving you the opportunity to show off a few skills. If you can, try and practice this on your own first as this will allow you to know the process and iron out any kinks before you have a “live audience”. Once you have a handle on it, invite her round and tell her to sit her sweet ass down while you attempt to make her the tastiest cocktail her lips will ever meet.
